Rain·Ripple·River Vision

Rain·Ripple·River is a coaching and education company founded with the goal of changing the world from the inside out by helping people thrive, shine, and make a difference.

Each word of the name represents one of the three interconnected pillars of that inside-out change. And each can be summed up with a core belief about what’s possible.

Rain: Your life can feel energized, engaged, and meaning-filled.

Ripple: Your life can make a difference.

River: Together, our lives can create a better future.

At its most fundamental, changing the world from the inside out boils down to one simple concept. The outer world we create – both individually and collectively –  is a reflection of the inner world we occupy.

At the heart of Rain·Ripple·River’s vision is this inescapable, but often discounted, fact: you matter. The life you live matters. You can’t NOT make a difference. And no matter who you are or what your station in life, the life you lead can leave the world better than you found it.

And because you matter, the state of your inner world matters too. Your inner state affects how you show up in the world, what kind of access you have to the best of your inner resources, and what you’re willing to even try.  

Rain·Ripple·River offers coaching, courses, and workshops aimed at helping people:

• Reduce the constricting, limiting impact of things like stress and burnout.
• Get clarity on what feels energizing, engaging, and meaningful, and see possibilities for making a difference.
• Make choices and take actions that lead to a “thrive state,” helping them feel energized and engaged and make a positive impact.

Rain·Ripple·River’s vision is about telling a better story – and living it. Telling a better story about who we are. Telling a better story about the life we live and how we live it. Telling a better story about our interconnection with the world around us. And telling a better story about what’s possible – for each of us individually, together in community, and collectively as a society.

In a time when negative voices often seem to rule the day, Rain·Ripple·River was founded as a voice for an approach to life that feeds more of what’s right in the world – one choice, one action, one interaction at a time.
